So, the first numogrammatic spell I ever did was a summoning of the five syzygetic lemurs: Katak, 5::4; Oddubb, 7::2; Murmur, 8::1; Djynxx, 6::3; and Uttunul, 9::0. I used a television set as a black mirror and summoned them one at a time into a triangle that I pasted over the TV screen. This was purely an informational summoning, where I would ask them about themselves and try to clarify their functions in the numogram as well as in the world. It was a smashing success, and write-up I did on it was really was kickstarted the whole thing. For a long time, most of my spells used the numogoetic framework that I invented/discovered/put together. I would have some desire and seek to fulfill it by summoning a lemur and asking them for assistance in exchange for something. Much of the time, I was asking them for advice on how the system worked and how best to put it to use. One of the friendliest lemurs of the Pandemonium is the first one, Lurgo (1::0), who acts as an initiator, and is the one that any aspiring numogrammaticist should start with! Then, I began to cast spells using numogrammatic rites instead of by contacting lemurs. I would interpret my desire through the Pandemonium entries, find the best rites that fit, and then essentially plan a journey through the numogram. This method has also been very successful. To cast better spells in this manner, I started to get more into building up the qabbalistic side of things, and I would channel all of these connections in AQ through the numogram, to whatever extent it was possible to do so. Throughout this period, I developed a serious working relationship with two particular lemurs: Katak (5::4) and Tchu (6::0). Many people, when they first look at the numogram and the Pandemonium, fear Katak because she seems to be all about destruction. However, there is much more to her than meets the eye (my vagueness is intentional, because I think part of the fun is figuring it out for yourself)! Tchu is a chaotic xenodemon and also represents the planet Saturn, so as part of this process I have really come to understand Saturnian magick. If you want to get into this system yourself, it's easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of content and how relatively disorganized it is. Focus your main attention on understand the Pandemonium Matrix and how it works, as well as study the Numogram itself, and everything will come together eventually. One word of warning, you're going to want to learn to ground through numogrammatics! For this purpose, I use two tools (both of my own design): sub-plexing and what I call the 1 Meditation (for Zn-1). Both amount to the same thing, which is that no matter where you are, you can always draw a circle around something and call it one system! Within the context of numogrammatics, this means that it can be understood, analyzed, and grounded back into the central region of the Numogram (called the time-circuit). I'll also be resurrecting my class this summer, if that's how you'd prefer to learn it! If you DM me (you can also find a link to it on the gumroad linked in the OP) I can give you a link to our discord server, Deadlines, where we focus on studying the Numogram and stuff relevant to it.
